Our Pre-Kindergarten class with up to 10 children a day. Students receive learning through all areas of development: intellectual, language, physical, and social emotional within an appropriate early childhood environment. This integrated curriculum focuses on all areas such as literacy, numeracy, science, social studies and the arts. We base our curriculum off of real public school kindergarten curriculums from surrounding towns. Your child will be offered a play based program that prepares students for kindergarten in a developmentally appropriate way. The Pre-K program promotes cooperative play to learn problem solving through lesson plans that teach the children to use independent reasoning and develop manners and social skills. This classroom is for children who will be 5 by September 1st, or who miss the "cut off" for kindergarten. This classroom is also licensed for School Age children up to age 8 whom we can enroll with limited availability after school and summer.
