Duties/Responsibilities Include at least:

-This is a full time position and a full time commitment to the children

-Play and interact with young children to keep them engaged in stimulating activities to better develop their well-being

-Being able to manage classrooms alone and with a team

-classroom management/environment

- lesson planning

- prepping activities

-diaper changing/toilet training

-cleaning

- observing, assessing, and documenting development for progress reports, tracking patterns, and for also making referrals for children who may need services for individual needs

-observing meal times

-playground monitoring

-communicating with families

-decorating bulletin boards/classroom

-following EEC regulations and procedures, Tiny Town policies, and respect families' values

-hosting fun class parties, being a FUN teacher

-graduation and school events
